  David j. Bischmann

  Founding Member

  For Dave, it is all about helping people. That is the reason he went to law school, and the reason he became interested in personal injury law, where he fights for people who have had their life turned upside down through no fault of their own. For over 25 years, Dave has dedicated his practice to representing people injured by careless drivers, unsafe premises, and people wrongly denied insurance coverage by Fortune 500 companies who all too often favor profits over paying what they owe. Dave is committed to ensuring a fair and effective justice system for anyone who has been injured by the misconduct or negligence of others, which is why he is a proud member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association, American Association for Justice and the Wisconsin Association for Justice. Throughout his career Dave has been part of a collaborative team of attorneys, representing tens of thousands of injured people throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest, fighting to obtain maximum recovery for their clients, in cases both big and small. For example, he was instrumental in establishing creative theories of liability and insurance coverage to help obtain a $2 million settlement for a woman who was paralyzed when a UTV rolled over in a farm field, over $3.2 million for a man severely burned in an apartment fire caused by an arsonist, and $2.5 million for three siblings whose parents were tragically killed by a drunk driver in Wisconsin. However, rest assured that Dave is just as passionate providing VIP service and results to those who have suffered less serious injuries and damages, helping to ensure that every client recovers what they are entitled to under the law.

  Miles G. Lindner

  Founding Member

  For Miles, it is all about his clients. He dutifully serves and protects the individuals he represents, carefully listening to their needs and personal stories. Miles finds great reward in connecting with his clients, developing a personal bond and relationship with them, and always providing VIP service. He fights for his clients with unmatched passion, and relishes his role of standing up to the insurance company bullies. No matter the size of the case, Miles will give 110 percent and outwork his opponent. He understands that this is his client’s one chance at justice and compensation, and so he works tirelessly to provide outstanding results for the clients that he serves. Miles has extensive litigation and trial experience, practicing throughout the entire State of Wisconsin. A lifetime Wisconsinite, Miles is both a city lawyer and a country lawyer. In any given week, he can be found arguing a case in the Milwaukee County Courthouse, investigating an accident scene in the Fox Valley, or meeting with clients in Eau Claire. His cases range from those in the low thousands to those in the millions. Miles has successfully handled over 6,000 personal injury cases, earning hundreds of millions for his clients. Away from the office, Miles exhibits a fun loving spirit. His main passion is spending time with his wife and their daughter. Miles is always game for the outdoors, the park, the pool, or the ice cream shop. He loves Wisconsin’s sports teams, and can be seen sporting his Packers jersey on NFL Sundays. As a once proud former point guard, he still enjoys hoops and will readily take you on in a game of “HORSE.”

  Kelli N. Ford

  Senior Attorney

  Newly hired in 2023, Kelli brings 8 years of personal injury experience with her to Lindner Law. She has dedicated her practice to representing victims of motor vehicle collisions, unsafe premises, and workplace accidents. She takes pride in the commitment she has to each person who walks through the doors. Kelli started her practice in Connecticut after graduating Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law. After four years out east, she moved home to northern Illinois and continued her work representing plaintiffs in a wide variety of personal injury actions. It was during that time that she also began representing Wisconsin plaintiffs as well. Kelli brings this multi-state personal injury experience to Lindner Law and is poised to continue representing those injured in both Wisconsin and Illinois.

  Geoffrey Wilber

  Senior Attorney

  Born and raised in South Dakota, Geoff earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from South Dakota State University before moving to Milwaukee to obtain his Juris Doctorate Degree from Marquette University Law School. Since graduating from law school, Geoff has dedicated his entire legal career to helping clients who were wrongfully injured as a result of someone else’s negligence. In advocating for his clients, Geoff draws from the work ethic instilled upon him while growing up in rural South Dakota, his competitiveness and doggedness from his time as a college linebacker, and his legal acumen and skills developed from over two decades as an accomplished trial lawyer. As an experienced trial lawyer, Geoff has successfully tried dozens of cases to verdict in courthouses throughout the state of Wisconsin. In his career, Geoff has filed and resolved hundreds of lawsuits on behalf of his clients. In total, he has obtained tens of millions of dollars in settlement funds, including multiple million-dollar-plus settlements and jury verdicts, on behalf of over 4,500 clients throughout his career. Geoff is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar Association and is licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts throughout Wisconsin. Geoff, and his wife Macee, are proud to call Wisconsin home and have been extremely lucky to have raised their three daughters as proud Wisconsinites. In addition to his legal practice, Geoff has spent many years being an active member of his community which includes coaching multiple youth sports teams and volunteering at local charities. He spends his free time enjoying music with his girls, watching sports, cooking and enjoying meals with family and friends, and spending the weekends doing projects around his house with his dog, Tac, by his side.
