The TruGreen service has made a huge difference.
The TruGreen service has made a huge difference. My lawn looked terrible with ivy and dandelions but now all are gone. The technicians are friendly and answer all my questions and follow up.

I've been with Trugreen
I've been with Trugreen - in Wisconsin & Illinois residences - for over 12 years. There lawn service and add on services like Winter salt delivery and bush/shrub treatments - are rasonably priced and have not ony added value to our homes, but made our lawn one of the BEST in the neighborhood!

Before we started
Before we started using Tru-Green our lawn was full of thistles and other various weeds, but now our grass looks great. It has taken awhile, but I'm very happy with the results.

Tru Green worked
Tru Green worked on my lawn last year and it truly made my lawn stand out amongst the other lawns in the neighborhood. I had them put down grub control and then 5 fertilizer and weed control products. My neighbors lawn was full of weeds and I thought that eventually they would creep into my lawn but with the treatments I received no weeds on my lawn.

I have enjoyed
I have enjoyed 3 years with TruGreen caring for my lawn. My creeping Charlie was knocked out the first year and I love my weed free lawn every spring, summer and early fall. I actually enjoy cutting my lawn! I would highly recommend TruGreen for maintaining your lawn and grub control.

My experience
My experience with TruGreens service was excellent. They left a report after each application. This was very helpful. My only complaint is that they offered a 90 day payment plan on an additional application and called all the time to collect payment. I did pay within the allotted time frame.

At this stage
At this stage I have had TruGreen for Lawn care for 1 year, starting my 2nd year this month. The treatments I receive seem to have the same effect as my last Lawn care contractor; they do a good job, but overall don't seem to last more than a month or two. (I would like to see the treatments gain on the lawn a bit each year.) I do like that TruGreen notifies me 24 hours before each treatment, something my former provider couldn't seem to handle doing so.

If you are not satisfied
If you are not satisfied with something that TruGreen has done, they will come back and make sure the service that was done is handled until you are satisfied. Normally that is only one time.
